Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain precision machinery including lathes, mills, and CNC equipment
- Perform routine inspections, calibrations, and preventive maintenance procedures
- Interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications
- Diagnose mechanical malfunctions and implement effective repair solutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality control standards
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on machining experience in industrial settings
- Proficiency in operating manual and CNC machine tools
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and fabrication processes
- Ability to read technical drawings and precision measurement instruments
- Problem-solving skills for complex mechanical troubleshooting
- Physical stamina to handle tools and equipment in varying conditions
