Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, calibrate, and operate precision machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders, CNC)
- Interpret technical blueprints and schematics to determine machining sequences
- Perform quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Optimize machining parameters for efficiency and material conservation
- Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with engineering teams on process improvements
- Adhere to ISO 9001 and safety protocols in all operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in machining/mechanical engineering
- 3+ years experience operating manual and CNC machinery
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and GD&T standards
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of metal alloys and material properties
- Problem-solving skills for machining challenges
- Strong attention to detail with zero-defect mindset
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
