Small Tool Technology is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Machinist to join our dynamic team in Melaka. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate CNC Lathe and CNC Milling machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Set up, program, and adjust machine tools, including grinders, to ensure optimal production output and quality.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, technical schematics, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
- Monitor production schedules closely to ensure timely delivery of parts and adherence to order requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to prevent downtime and extend equipment life.
- Conduct in-process quality control checks to verify dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot machining issues and optimize processes.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with company safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC Lathe and CNC Milling machines.
- Proven ability to perform manual grinding and machine setup operations.
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to detect and correct errors.
- Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software is an added advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and operating heavy machinery.
