Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and program EDM (Electrical Discharge Machine) and Wirecut machines to fabricate high-precision mold components.
- Perform precision surface grinding and cylindrical grinding tasks to achieve tight tolerances.
- Interpret complex mechanical blueprints and technical drawings for semi-conductor tooling fabrication.
- Perform daily machine maintenance, calibration, and routine troubleshooting to ensure peak operational performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize tool design and production efficiency.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators to ensure quality compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace according to industrial safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Machinist, specifically with EDM (Sinker/Wirecut) and Grinding machines.
- Proven background in semi-conductor mold tooling fabrication is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and CAD/CAM drawings.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive, high-accuracy tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a collaborative team setting.
- Technical/Vocational diploma in Machining, Mechanical Technology, or a related field is an advantage.
