Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain manual and CNC machinery to manufacture or repair aircraft components.
- Interpret complex engineering blueprints, technical manuals, and schematic drawings to ensure parts meet precise specifications.
- Perform routine calibration and maintenance of machining equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute precise measurements using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify component integrity.
- Strictly adhere to all aviation safety protocols and MRO quality standards during every stage of production.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspection results in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a machinist role, preferably within an MRO or aviation environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of machining tolerances, material properties, and metalworking processes.
- Hands-on experience with CNC programming or operation is highly advantageous.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality control standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment.
