Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain precision grinding machines for aluminum rolls
- Perform dimensional measurements and quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure grinding accuracy
- Conduct routine maintenance on grinding equipment to prevent downtime
- Document work processes and maintain quality control records
- Collaborate with production team to schedule grinding operations efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols and ISO quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in roll grinding or precision machining
- Proficiency in operating cylindrical and surface grinding machines
- Strong knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Ability to read technical blueprints and engineering drawings
- Certification in machining technology or related field preferred
- Experience with aluminum or non-ferrous metal grinding advantageous
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
