Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain precision machining equipment including lathes, mills, and CNC machines
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
- Set up and calibrate machinery to ensure optimal performance and accuracy
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues in machinery and equipment
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and quality checks
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve technical issues
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Machining Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Machinist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in operating manual and CNC machining equipment
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CAD/CAM software is an advantage
