Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with potential customers via WhatsApp to introduce products/services

- Collaborate with sales team to align on lead qualification criteria
- Identify and document upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Track communication metrics and report weekly progress
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's program (any field)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian
- Proficient in WhatsApp and digital communication tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with customer service mindset
- Basic understanding of sales principles and lead generation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities
- Available for part-time internship schedule (20-25 hrs/week)
