Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and preventive maintenance programs for all farm equipment and facilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise maintenance teams to achieve performance and safety targets
- Develop and optimize maintenance schedules, procedures, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with production departments to align maintenance activities with operational needs
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory control, and vendor relationships
- Implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years in maintenance management, preferably in agricultural/industrial settings
- Proven experience leading maintenance teams and mentoring technical staff
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies and CMMS systems
- Expertise in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Proficient in budget management, inventory control, and cost optimization
- Certifications in maintenance management or technical fields (e.g., CMRP) preferred
