Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily/weekly site inspections to identify equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
- Perform preventive maintenance on agricultural machinery, irrigation systems, and facility infrastructure
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults through systematic troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory of spare parts
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance during optimal downtime
- Train staff on proper equipment operation and safety procedures
- Oversee repair and replacement of damaged components
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational certification in mechanics preferred
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in agricultural or industrial settings
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment repair techniques
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy machinery
- Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response procedures
