Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and maintain building mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all equipment
- Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues promptly

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational certification in maintenance or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping
- Good physical condition capable of lifting equipment and working in various environments
