Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular and periodic routine inspections of estate facilities and building systems to identify potential issues.
- Monitor and maintain Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Accurately record and maintain daily M&E readings and maintenance logs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and report technical faults to the management team.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and equipment failure.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are adhered to during maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Officer or similar role in the facilities management sector.
- Strong knowledge of building services, including M&E systems and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights or in confined spaces when required.
- Valid Singaporean work pass (PR or Citizen preferred).
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
