Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures promptly.
- Conduct daily inspections of facilities and grounds to identify potential safety hazards or operational issues.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date maintenance logs and repair records.
- Collaborate with the operations team to minimize downtime and maximize overall productivity.
- Ensure all safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and regulations are strictly followed on the job site.
- Procure necessary spare parts and manage inventory for maintenance supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance or agricultural operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude with the ability to read technical manuals.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Physical stamina required to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Knowledge of basic safety procedures and proper usage of hand and power tools.
- Willingness to work on-site in General Santos City, South Cotabato.
