Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Conduct minor repairs and troubleshooting for furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Ensure all public areas, hallways, and guest rooms are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools, spare parts, and cleaning supplies.
- Assist in the setup and arrangement of furniture for events or daily operations.
- Document all maintenance activities and report any major structural issues to management.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in facility or hotel maintenance is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
