Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on facility equipment and building systems.
- Conduct minor repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Monitor facility conditions and report potential safety hazards or repair needs to management immediately.
- Coordinate with external contractors or vendors for specialized repairs when necessary.
- Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance tools, spare parts, and supplies.
- Ensure that all work areas are kept clean, orderly, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of equipment for various operational needs.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or a similar facility support role.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in using common hand and power tools.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and follow safety protocols stringently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
- A valid driver’s license or willingness to travel within Quezon City as required.
- High school diploma or vocational training certification in a relevant trade is preferred.
