Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs across facility systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or malfunctions
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize operational downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory records
- Implement safety protocols and compliance standards
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
- Assist in facility improvement projects as assigned
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred
- 1-2 years of maintenance or facilities experience
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in varied conditions
- Valid driver's license (if applicable to facility requirements)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
