Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily/weekly routine inspections of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural)
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facilities according to schedules
- Diagnose and troubleshoot facility issues, implementing timely repairs and solutions
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inventory records, and work order documentation
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance protocols
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests during and after business hours as required
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in technical trades
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in facility maintenance or related field
- Proficiency in using hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC fundamentals)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (if applicable)
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Basic computer literacy for maintenance documentation systems
