We're seeking a proactive leader to oversee maintenance activities for injection and extrusion machinery while implementing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Lean Manufacturing principles. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise maintenance operations for injection molding and extrusion equipment
- Implement TPM and Lean Manufacturing methodologies to enhance equipment reliability
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for production machinery
- Lead and mentor maintenance teams while ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production and quality departments
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget effectively
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with environmental and workplace safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance supervision within manufacturing
- Proven expertise in TPM and Lean Manufacturing implementation
- Strong knowledge of injection molding and extrusion processes
- Experience leading technical teams in industrial settings
- Proficiency in maintenance planning, scheduling, and budget management
- Problem-solving skills for complex mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
