Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on production machinery and auxiliary equipment to ensure maximum uptime.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical failures in a timely manner.
- Install, calibrate, and upgrade production equipment as required by manufacturing demands.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts and request procurement when necessary.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in the facility maintenance log.
- Ensure all work practices adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine settings and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls during production hours.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or degree in Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment.
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for industrial repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on 'root cause' resolution.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends or holidays if required by production schedules.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
