Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues efficiently and effectively
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and implement corrective actions
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and recommend improvements
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation of all repair work and equipment servicing
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role is required
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience with HVAC systems and basic refrigeration is a plus
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks requiring manual labor
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed
