Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery, conveyor systems, and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inventory, and spare parts records.
- Assist in installing new equipment and modifying existing systems as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
- Collaborate with production staff and other departments to optimize equipment reliability and performance.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in industrial maintenance or related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a food production, manufacturing, or agricultural environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
