Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on facility equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or structural issues promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
- Collaborate with the operations team to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Respond to urgent service requests and perform emergency repairs as needed.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and facility upgrades.
- Ensure that all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in facility maintenance or industrial equipment repair.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Solid understanding of safety protocols and hazard prevention in a workplace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems is highly preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts or on-call as required by the company.
