Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house zones.
- Perform electrical wiring repairs and maintenance of lighting systems throughout the property.
- Troubleshoot, service, and repair air-conditioning (HVAC) units to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute general building maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and furniture repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments and guest-facing staff.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and hotel health standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or a Vocational Certificate (SKM) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Maintenance.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in building maintenance or a similar trade role.
- Proficiency in basic electrical wiring and air-conditioning troubleshooting is essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts when required by the business.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
