We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production machinery, performing routine inspections, and ensuring all equipment operates at peak efficiency. Your expertise will directly impact our manufacturing output, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and perform timely repairs.
- Install, calibrate, and align new machinery and components.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve processes.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical or electrical field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, PLCs, and control systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts if needed.
