Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and building systems to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing faults efficiently.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections performed.
- Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate maintenance schedules and facility upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance tasks.
- Replace or repair defective parts, components, or systems to restore functionality.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.
- Proven work experience as a Technician or Maintenance Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and general mechanical repair.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Basic computer literacy for logging maintenance reports and tracking inventory.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license or relevant certification.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
