Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems to identify and resolve issues
- Perform routine maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Repair or replace faulty components and parts as needed
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems before they lead to equipment failure
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Document maintenance activities and prepare reports on equipment status
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize downtime
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in maintenance
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
