You will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of critical packaging assets, including high-speed Shrink Wrapping machines, L-Bar Sealer Machines, and Heat Tunnel systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration on Shrink Wrapping machines, L-Bar Sealers, and Heat Tunnel systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of production equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company operational guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with the production team to provide technical support and implement necessary repairs quickly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs and repair reports.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new packaging equipment and tools.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in a manufacturing or packaging facility.
- Hands-on experience with Shrink Wrapping machines, L-Bar Sealers, and Heat Tunnel systems.
- Strong understanding of basic mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
