Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Execute emergency repairs during operational hours
- Conduct safety inspections and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized equipment servicing
- Optimize energy consumption through system calibration
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory records
Kualifikasi
- Technical/vocational certification in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Minimum 2 years' maintenance experience in commercial facilities
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and multimeters
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety protocols
- Ability to read technical blueprints and schematics
- Valid electrical/mechanical certification preferred
- Physical ability to lift 25kg and work in confined spaces
