Join Laser Industries as a Maintenance Technician and become an integral part of our operational excellence team. In this critical role, you'll safeguard our production machinery through proactive maintenance, timely repairs, and system optimizations. You'll collaborate with engineering teams to implement preventive maintenance programs while minimizing downtime through swift troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. We seek a hands-on professional passionate about maintaining complex industrial equipment. You'll document maintenance activities using CMMS systems, maintain inventory of critical spare parts, and adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols. Your contributions will extend beyond repairs to include system upgrades, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with production teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions in production machinery
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance and extend asset lifespan
- Repair or replace defective components following technical manuals and engineering specifications
- Perform routine inspections, lubrication, and calibration of industrial systems
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation using CMMS platforms
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize operational downtime during repairs
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Recommend system improvements and participate in upgrade projects
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma/certification in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and maintenance manuals
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Certification in OSHA safety standards preferred
- Experience with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible shifts
