Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, including wiring, circuits, and lighting systems
- Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all facility equipment and systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician with strong emphasis on air conditioning systems
- Certification in HVAC systems or related technical field is highly desirable
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair techniques
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and repair procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
