Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all production equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Execute repairs and replacements of defective parts in HVAC, refrigeration, and machinery systems
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment documentation
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize operational disruptions
- Order and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in mechanical/electrical fields
- Minimum 2 years experience in industrial or commercial maintenance
- Proficiency in hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays as needed
