Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical failures using diagnostic tools
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and electrical components
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports for compliance
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Technical certification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent vocational training
- Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial maintenance or electrical repair
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, motor controls, and industrial automation
- Valid electrician license (PRC) and trade certifications preferred
- Ability to operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
