- Perform routine preventative maintenance on building equipment and machinery.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and repair tasks to minimize downtime.
- Assist senior technicians with installation and maintenance projects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with workplace safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and report requirements to the supervisor.
- Document all maintenance activities and inspection results accurately.
- Respond promptly to ad-hoc maintenance requests across the facility.
