Tanggung Jawab
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC systems across assigned locations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions using diagnostic tools and technical schematics
- Perform corrective repairs within SLA timeframes to minimize operational disruptions
- Conduct system inspections, filter replacements, and refrigerant management per manufacturer guidelines
- Document maintenance activities using digital systems and prepare detailed service reports
- Collaborate with store managers to prioritize maintenance needs and communicate system status
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in HVAC Technology, Refrigeration, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC maintenance experience in commercial settings
- EPA 608 certification or equivalent HVAC qualification preferred
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and interpreting system schematics
- Strong diagnostic skills for electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
