Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime
- Conduct facility inspections and safety compliance checks
- Order and maintain inventory of critical spare parts and supplies
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve facility issues
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Technical/vocational diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in industrial maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and blueprints
- Certification in maintenance or trade specialization preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/shifts
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
