Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Conduct daily inspections of building infrastructure to identify potential issues
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests with efficient troubleshooting solutions
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of maintenance supplies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance protocols
- Assist in upgrading facility systems to improve energy efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Technical/vocational certification in facilities maintenance or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial property maintenance
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems troubleshooting
- Valid trade licenses and certifications (e.g., refrigeration, electrical)
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to read technical schematics
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of building automation systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record
