In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of all building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and general infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical systems (e.g., lighting, switchboards, generators).
- Maintain and service HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, chillers, and ventilation.
- Handle plumbing and sanitary systems, ensuring no leaks or blockages.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on fire protection systems, lifts, escalators, and building automation systems.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and assist with incident management.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialised repairs and servicing.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and work orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, preferably in a commercial or retail environment.
- Valid Singapore Electrical Worker Licence (Grade LEW) or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of HVAC, fire safety, and building automation systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and able to handle on-call duties and occasional overtime.
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Commitment to high safety standards and quality workmanship.
