Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC units to ensure optimal facility performance.
- Conduct diagnostic inspections and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and PCO (Philippine Center of Organisms) regulations during all maintenance activities.
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and emergency repairs with minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, repair logs, and inventory usage.
- Collaborate with facility management and other stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and building aesthetics.
- Assist in the installation and adjustment of building systems, including lighting and security controls.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid SO (Special Order) and PCO (Philippine Center of Organisms) certification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in facility maintenance, building engineering, or related trades.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, general mechanical systems, and basic carpentry.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and maintenance manuals.
- Valid Driver's License is a distinct advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of working at heights or in confined spaces when necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
