Are you a hands-on professional with a knack for fixing things? Gigahertz Computer Systems is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Utility Worker to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the general maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment and workspaces remain in top-notch condition.
Your day-to-day will involve troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine inspections, and ensuring that our environment meets the highest safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.
- Conduct repairs on various equipment and fixtures to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
- Respond promptly to work orders and service requests from staff members.
- Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper storage of tools and materials.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in the company logbook.
- Assist with minor carpentry and painting tasks to preserve facility aesthetics.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in trades is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in general maintenance, facility upkeep, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and technical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks and work in various weather conditions.
