This is a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our medical infrastructure and the comfort of our patients. You will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of our buildings and equipment, performing essential inspections and repairs to prevent downtime.

In this position, you will implement preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure all equipment complies with safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of building facilities and medical equipment to identify potential issues.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of assets.
- Perform repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and basic HVAC units.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for staff and patients.
- Monitor and order necessary maintenance supplies and spare parts as required.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facility Maintenance.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar maintenance role within a healthcare or commercial facility.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and general carpentry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (if applicable to specific trade).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor tasks.
