We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Mall Marketing Executive to join our team for a fixed 2-year contract. This is an excellent opportunity to drive brand visibility and enhance the customer experience within our high-traffic retail properties in the Central Region. You will play a pivotal role in planning and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that engage shoppers and support our tenants' growth.
In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for mall management and external agencies. Your creativity will be key in organizing events, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring our marketing materials reflect the vibrant energy of the mall. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive mall-wide marketing strategies and campaigns to drive footfall and tenant engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage promotional events, activations, and seasonal festivals within the mall premises.
- Liaise with retail tenants to understand their promotional needs and support their marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as mall traffic, sales conversion, and customer feedback to optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage the mall’s digital presence, including social media channels, newsletters, and website content updates.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure a seamless and branded experience for visitors.
- Prepare monthly reports and marketing proposals for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, specifically within the retail, property management, or mall management sector.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass (if applicable).
