Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in a structured rotation program across key manufacturing departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to execute operational improvement projects.
- Analyze production data and report findings to senior management to drive efficiency.
- Support daily operational tasks and ensure adherence to company safety and quality standards.
- Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing lifecycle.
- Lead small-scale initiatives and team-based problem-solving activities.
- Provide regular progress reports and participate in professional development workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of 1-2 years of work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), Management, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to adapt to a manufacturing plant environment and work effectively within a team.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and eager to learn new technologies and processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
