Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in a structured rotational program across Finance, Accounting, and Tax departments.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate financial statements, management reports, and budget forecasts.
- Support the tax team in monthly and annual tax compliance, including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Perform daily account reconciliation and assist in maintaining the integrity of the general ledger.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.
- Engage in intensive training modules, workshops, and leadership development seminars.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Economics, or a closely related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.50 out of 4.00 (or equivalent).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of 1 year of working experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions; familiarity with ERP/accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
