Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in structured job rotations across various departments including production, logistics, and quality assurance.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable process improvements.
- Support department heads in executing daily operational tasks and mid-to-long term strategic projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure seamless workflow efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management review.
- Engage in leadership development training and mentorship programs provided by the company.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and operational protocols within the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 0-2 years of experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Highly adaptive, proactive, and willing to work in a demanding manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Demonstrated leadership experience through organizational involvement during university years.
- Willing to be based in Bogor, Jawa Barat.
