Tanggung Jawab
- Participate actively in a structured rotation program across key departments such as Corporate Finance, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, and Investment Research.
- Assist senior management in conducting market research, financial modeling, and data analysis to support business strategies and client mandates.
- Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, pitch books, presentations, and proposals for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of investment banking products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
- Support the execution of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and debt issuances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement operational efficiencies and process improvements.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development initiatives to enhance financial acumen and leadership skills.
- Provide analytical support and insights for strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong academic record with demonstrable analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and possess a strong desire to learn and excel in a fast-paced financial environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
