Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional qualification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role within financial services.
- Proven track record of driving results, managing budgets, and delivering projects on time.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
