Haida Agriculture Indonesia, a leading player in the agricultural sector, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager for our Poultry Feedmill division. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive growth in the Surabaya region. You will lead a team of sales professionals, establish strong relationships with key clients, and ensure the effective distribution of our high-quality poultry feed products. Your ability to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and optimize sales performance will be crucial to your success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive regional sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including poultry farmers and distributors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams to ensure product availability and promotional alignment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the poultry feed or agricultural industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
