Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic planning and execution of hostel operations across multiple residential halls
- Management of staff teams including wardens, administrative personnel, and facility coordinators
- Development and implementation of student welfare programs and community engagement initiatives
- Overseeing maintenance, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures
- Budget management, procurement, and resource optimization for hostel facilities
- Collaboration with academic departments to support holistic student development
- Continuous improvement of occupancy management and resident satisfaction metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in student accommodation or hospitality operations
- Proven leadership experience with team management and stakeholder engagement
- Strong financial acumen with budget management and procurement expertise
- Excellent problem-solving and crisis management capabilities
- Deep understanding of student development principles and campus life dynamics
- Proficiency in facility management systems and operational software
- Exceptional communication skills in English with cross-cultural sensitivity
