Tanggung Jawab
- Lead business analysis projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications and solution designs.
- Analyze data trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates and clear communication on project status.
- Mentor and guide junior business analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including process maps, user stories, and business requirements documents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead capacity.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (advanced), and Power BI or Tableau.
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation, process modeling (e.g., BPMN), and stakeholder management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is highly desirable.
