In this key role, you will oversee the BI and Pricing team, responsible for delivering data-driven insights that shape our business strategies. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our pricing strategies align with overall business objectives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the Business Intelligence and Pricing team in delivering actionable insights and data-driven pricing strategies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key business metrics.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform strategic pricing decisions.
- Oversee the collection, cleansing, and analysis of large datasets to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to align pricing strategies with company goals.
- Implement and improve BI tools and processes for efficient data management.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their analytical capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, pricing, or analytics, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Experience in the Philippine market is a plus.
